Job summary

WESTconsin Credit Union is hiring for a teller role in Wisconsin. The position focuses on friendly, professional member interactions and accurate processing of financial transactions. Training is provided to recognize member needs and refer services as appropriate.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic computer and typing skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. A Saturday rotation is required as part of the schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent and proven customer service experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills.
• Positive attitude, professional image and self-motivation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Every other Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution.
• Learn to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately.
• Handles all monetary transactions for members.

The starting rate for this role is $18.86 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner

• This includes an every other Saturday rotation.
