Job summary

WESTconsin Credit Union is hiring a teller in Wisconsin, starting at $18.86 per hour. You will greet members, process transactions accurately, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires basic computer and data entry skills, a high school diploma, and excellent communication, with every-other-Saturday rotations. Health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement contributions, and other benefits support a stable, community-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required.
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential in the teller role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• This includes an every other Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions
• Responds to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or directs them to proper person for assistance and resolution
• Learns to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately
• Handles all monetary transactions for members

The starting rate for this role is $18.86 per hour.
