Job summary

WESTconsin Credit Union in Wisconsin is hiring a Teller to represent the credit union to members, handle transactions, and resolve issues with confidentiality and accuracy. The role requires a high school diploma and proven customer service experience, plus strong computer, data entry, typing, and communication skills.

An every-other-Saturday rotation is included, with competitive pay and benefits. The teller position emphasizes a friendly, professional image and self-motivation as you assist

The starting rate for this role is $18.86 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions
• Responds to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or directs them to proper person for assistance and resolution
• Learns to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately
• Handles all monetary transactions for members

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential in the teller role
