WESTconsin Credit Union in Prescott, WI is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative to welcome members and build relationships. You will learn our products and services through a comprehensive training program and apply your service skills to open accounts and answer questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, etc.).
• Evaluate member needs by asking questions and listening to refer to appropriate products.
• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, confidential, and accurate service in processing transactions.
• Respond to members' requests and direct them to the proper person for assistance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that wants to join our team as a Full-Time Member Services Representative . You will be given the opportunity to showcase your relationship building skills to enhance the member experience. You will be working in our Prescott office, where conversation and getting to know our members is a privilege. You will gain extensive knowledge in our products and services through our exceptional training program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts like individual retirement and health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)
• Evaluate member needs by asking appropriate questions and listening carefullyto refer members to appropriate products and services
• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolution

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven track record in customer service
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include a Saturday rotation
