Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative in Pittsburgh, PA. You will respond to customer inquiries, promote club services, and deliver outstanding service to members to enhance retention and engagement.

You will also conduct personalized site tours for prospective members and participate in community outreach to raise awareness of the Center, while remaining flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
