Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Bismarck, ND is seeking a friendly team member to drive new member sales and create a positive experience for guests. You will greet visitors, provide tours, answer questions, and assist with sign-ups and account updates.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, active listening, and problem solving. You will handle front desk tasks, support member services, and coordinate with the Club Manager to keep the club clean, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members and provide a great customer experience.

• Assist in member check-ins, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member information.
• Facilitate member services issues and escalate to Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
