Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a customer-focused team member to drive membership sales and greet members with a welcoming attitude at check-in. You will manage member inquiries and assist with services and retail sales in a fast-paced gym environment.

Responsibilities include handling member requests, communicating events, and ensuring a clean, professional front-line presence. Regular opening/closing duties and participation in department meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for daily interactions with members.
• Strong reading and writing skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are needed for member check-in and software use.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
• Attend monthly or weekly department meetings for training and updates
