Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a service-oriented team member to support membership sales and member services. You will greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, and communicate events and promotions.

The role requires strong English skills, professional phone manner, and the ability to work with club software. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment and assist in day-to-day club operations.

Responsibilities

• Membership sales.
• Greet members and guests with a smile and bid them farewell.
• Check in members and guests per company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule and process member services (e.g., tanning).
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
• Open and close duties.

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
