Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile
• Check in all members and guests according to procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc.
• Facilitate payment of member services according to procedures
• Know facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by management
• Follow all policies in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
