Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience with superior customer service for members, prospective members and guests. This role includes greeting guests, handling front desk duties, signing up new members, and giving tours, while maintaining club cleanliness and assisting in account updates.

The position emphasizes an upbeat attitude, reliability, and the ability to answer questions, solve problems, and escalate to management when needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possession of a positive, upbeat attitude and reliability.
• Ability to listen, empathize and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers and check members in.
• Sign up new members and give tours to prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club and assist managers as needed.
