Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests and provide a warm, informative experience in a clean, friendly club. You will answer questions, sign up new members, check in members, log amenities and assist with billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in members, give club tours, sign up new members.
• Log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members.
• Perform regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, front desk area and amenities.
