Position: Member Services Rep - Full Time - Afternoon/Evening

We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! The role involves providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding "Judgement Free" experience. BILINGUAL English/Spanish encouraged!

Responsibilities:

1. Greet members and guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
2. Answer phones politely and assist callers with inquiries.
3. Check members in, conduct tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
4. Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns.
5. Handle beverage or merchandise purchases using the POS system.
6. Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions via POS.

Club Maintenance:

1. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and lobby.
2. Perform regular cleaning and upkeep, including mopping spills, trash removal, window and mirror cleaning, and re-racking weights.
3. Clean all exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly.
4. Ensure restrooms and wet areas are clean and stocked.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Applicants for overnight shifts must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of employment.
2. Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
3. Previous customer service experience preferred.
4. Must be 18 years or older.
5. High School diploma or GED required.
6. Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
7. Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification and be physically capable of performing CPR in emergencies.

Physical Demands:

1. Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
2. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
3. Communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
4. Visual and auditory capabilities within normal ranges.
