Position: Member Services Rep - Full Time - Day

We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding “Judgement Free” experience. BILINGUAL English/Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

1. Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:
   • Greet members and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment.
   • Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
   • Check members in, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates.
   • Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
   • Handle beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
   • Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions.
2. Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
   • Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby.
   • Perform regular cleaning tasks such as mopping, trash removal, and cleaning equipment.
   • Clean exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly.
   • Ensure restrooms and wet areas are clean and stocked.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Applicants for overnight positions must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for prolonged periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Maintain the ability to administer CPR and see and hear normally.
