Position: Member Services Rep - Full Time - Overnight

We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding “Judgement Free” experience. BILINGUAL English/Spanish encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities include:

1. Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:

• Greeting members and guests warmly to make everyone feel welcome.
• Answering phones and assisting callers with questions.
• Checking in members, conducting tours, signing up new members, logging amenities, and communicating updates.
• Responding to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Processing beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Using POS system for new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions.

Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and lobby.
• Performing regular cleaning and upkeep, including mopping, trash removal, window and mirror cleaning, and re-racking weights.
• Cleaning exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and wet areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Applicants for overnight positions must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire; continued employment depends on satisfactory results.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification as required.

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, and performing physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
• Maintaining the ability to perform CPR if needed.
• Normal vision and hearing required.
