Position: Member Services Rep - Full Time - Afternoon/Evening

We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a 'Judgement Free' experience. BILINGUAL English/Spanish encouraged!

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Answering calls and assisting callers with questions.
• Checking members in, touring, signing up new members, logging amenities, and communicating updates and events.
• Responding promptly to member questions and concerns.
• Processing beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Using POS to manage membership cards, address changes, and billing questions.

Club cleanliness and maintenance:

• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep, including mopping spills, trash removal, cleaning windows/mirrors, and re-racking weights.
• Cleaning exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly.
• Restroom and wet area cleaning and stocking.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Applicants must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week.
• Exceptional customer service skills, positive and professional interaction.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Upbeat, positive attitude; punctuality and reliability essential.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification and be physically capable of performing CPR.

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, reaching, twisting, grasping, and repetitive hand motions.
• Occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Talking continuously in person or on the phone.
• Ability to see and hear normally with or without correction.
