Job summary

Communication Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service and by processing accurate teller transactions.

You will cross-sell credit union products in line with members' financial needs, work a weekly rotation schedule including some Saturdays, and be the frontline contact for most member dealings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years' experience with financial institution or customer service environment required.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.

POSITION INFORMATION

As a Member Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt, efficient and courteous member service and process accurate teller transactions. You will cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and the strategic goals of the credit union. Serve as frontline contact for most member dealings.

Work Schedule - Weekly Rotation

Must be available to work Monday thru Friday - as early as 7:45am and as late as 6:15pm; some Saturdays 9am-12pm
