Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union in Rome, GA is hiring a Member Service Representative II (Teller/Platform) to deliver exceptional service and perform teller transactions. The role includes opening new accounts, cross-selling products, and community outreach, with a starting hourly rate of $19.56 to $24.45.

The MSRII position is full-time, non-exempt, reporting to Branch Manager/Operations Manager. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, disability coverage, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years transactional work experience in banking, financial services, or a credit union.
• 10-Key calculator, typing and keying skills, and MS Office experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 2 years member-facing credit union experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service with fast, courteous, and accurate transactions.
• Process member transactions including deposits, transfers, loan payments, and related tasks.
• Open new member accounts and assist with changes and updates to accounts.
• Recommend and refer credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure security of financial information.
• Engage in community outreach and promote Center Parc Credit Union.
