Job summary

Flynn Group's Planet Fitness brand in Miami seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior front-desk experience for members and guests. You will greet and assist, check in members, and guide prospective members on tours in a welcoming, Judgement Free environment.

Responsibilities include handling phones, updating members, processing merchandise and membership questions, and keeping the lobby clean. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within the franchise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional service.
