Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with membership inquiries and transactions, and help maintain a clean, friendly gym environment.

You will greet members, process sign-ups, manage inquiries and payments, and support tours and upgrades. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliable conduct, and adherence to company policies and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• E-Verify participation in Utah locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with memberships, sign-ups, tours and account inquiries.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Check members in using the club POS system and handle phones professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the facility during the shift.
