State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative for our Raleigh Centennial Parkway location. The role requires handling account maintenance, deposits, and deposits, and providing information to members across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Must be an active listener and communicator.
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of the Assoc MSR role.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across service channels.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer according to standards.
• Operate drive-through window and assist with cash handling duties.
• Maintain records, assist with account maintenance, and participate in training.
