Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years minimum working in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows based system and apps, with ease.

Aufgaben

• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service while building positive member relationships.
• Assist members with loan needs, including applications and identifying appropriate lending solutions.
• Help members manage their checking and savings accounts, including CDs and IRAs.
• Educate members on digital services, including online banking and the mobile app.
• Identify opportunities to recommend Credit Union products and services that meet members’ financial needs.
• Build strong member relationships by understanding their goals and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Support sales goals while maintaining a member-first approach.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established policies and procedures
