First Capital Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative at our East York office. You will be the friendly face greeting members and assisting with transactions, account updates, and product recommendations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills. Prior financial or customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and helpful service.

Formación

• Experience in financial or service environments preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly service and build positive member relationships.
• Process daily transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and update member records.
• Assist members with account maintenance such as name/address changes.
• Identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Support sales goals while helping members meet financial needs.
