Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution or cash handling environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service and build positive relationships with members.
• Listen to members, identify needs, and recommend products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer while following procedures and security guidelines.
• Assist members with account maintenance and changes.
• Support sales and service goals by educating members about products and services.
• Represent First Capital’s mission and You First Core Values in every interaction.
