Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Customer Service-focused Member Service Representative for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home). You will provide quality service across phone, email, web chat and social media, accurately process transactions, and explain all DCU products and services.

Qualifications include a High School diploma and a minimum of 6 months in a call center or banking environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability
• PC skills and ability to work with online tools
• Must have high speed internet and a dedicated workspace
• Spanish speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence to members via phone, email, web chat, and social media
• Accurately process transactions and member requests
• Explain all DCU products and services and cross-sell when appropriate
• Maintain performance metrics for contact center statistics
• Collaborate with Information Center staff and other departments
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and training requirements
