Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one year related experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the credit union's computer system for basic data entry.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, conscientious, and able to work in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sells cross-sells products and services to meet member needs and goals.
• Processes financial transactions including accounts opening/closing, deposits, withdrawals, and issuing checks.
• Responds to member inquiries and assists with account access and discrepancies.
• Performs teller duties as needed and verifies signature cards.
• Interviews members, completes loan applications, and forwards for approval decisions.
• Processes loan disbursements and related documents, and assists with deferrals.
• Supports reaching credit union volume and insurance penetration goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
