Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver Credit Union loans, deposits, investments, business, electronic and convenience products.
• Gather information to complete loan applications and evaluate credit reports.
• Offer solutions and submit recommendations based on lending guidelines.
• Act as the primary source of product information and service support for members and staff inquiries.
• Maintain high knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation.
• Participate in training and team development to adapt to new processes and systems.
• Perform teller functions as needed.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Some college preferred
