Coastal Community Credit Union seeks an Account Representative to deliver full-service member support, drive lending and cross-sell opportunities across Coastal Community’s product lines. This temporary on-site role emphasizes high-quality service and relationship-building within a community-focused credit union.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' financial services experience.
• Successful completion of Coastal Community's MSR Level 2 exam.
• Completed CUIC 210 (Credit Union Consumer & Residential Mortgage Lending), CUIC 240 (Fundamentals of Personal Financial Planning).
• Actively pursuing CUIC Fellowship Designation.
• Working knowledge of lending and deposit policies, practices, procedures and branch operations.
• Successful completion of Coastal Community's in-house sales program, Coastal Connections (Building Member Connections).
• Solid knowledge of Credit Union operations, principles, and values.
• Proven track record of achieving superior sales results.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for achieving goals through effective sales and service initiatives.
• Use Coastal Connections interviewing skills to uncover member needs and match products.
• Proactively identify and complete quality referrals across Coastal lines.
• Open new memberships and cross-sell products; process lending transactions.
• Authorize transactions and overrides within limits.
• Resolve member concerns and refer complex issues to Branch/Asst Manager.
• Provide quality service across investments, lending, and registered products.
