• Close loans timely with follow-up on approvals and photographs of requirements.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone and in person and resolve complaints.
• Cross-sell credit union products to meet member needs and sales goals.
• Participate in sales initiatives and adhere to playbooks and regulations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and credit union policies.
