Job summary

Sunbelt Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Service Representative to perform a broad range of member service functions, including teller and lending transactions. The role will rotate across branches as needed from a central location.

The position emphasizes delivering exceptional member experiences, maintaining product knowledge, and processing account openings, loan applications, and ITM transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and lending transactions with accuracy and timely execution.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing ones, including documentation and disclosures.
• Assist members with ITM transactions and cross-sell appropriate products.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and adhere to procedures.
• Comply with policies and regulations, protecting member information.
