Based in a central location with potential rotation to nearby branches, you will maintain regulatory compliance and strive to provide an exceptional member experience through proactive product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and demonstrated customer service skills.
• Experience with banking software applications or bank systems preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities essential.
• Basic knowledge of banking policies and consumer lending rules.
• Proficient math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and lending transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
• Assist customers with ITM and related banking services.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash accurately.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services.
