Job summary

Central Sunbelt Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Service Representative to perform teller and lending transactions, maintain accounts, and assist members. Based in a central location with occasional rotation to nearby branches.

This role requires accuracy, strong customer service, knowledge of credit union products and regulations, and the ability to cross-sell services. You will open new accounts, process loans, handle ITM transactions, and support branch operations.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of banking software and product offerings.
• Understanding of banking regulations and policies.
• Strong math skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cash drawer and balances transactions according to policy.
• Opens new savings, checking, and money market accounts.
• Processes loan applications and underwriting related tasks per policies.
• Cross-sells appropriate products and services to members.
• Assists with ITM transactions and supports teller duties on site.
• Resolves member questions and escalates issues as needed.
