Central Sunbelt Federal Credit Union is seeking a Universal Service Representative to perform teller and lending transactions, support member relationships, and operate an ITM with professional service. The role involves occasional travel to surrounding branches and maintaining accuracy in all cash handling tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn banking software and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with credit union products and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and mathematical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and enhance member relationships to ensure exceptional service.
• Open new savings, checking and money market accounts; verify IDs and provide disclosures.
• Process loan applications and underwriting per SFCU policies; inform applicants of decisions.
• Balance cash drawer and perform teller and ITM duties with accuracy.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.
• Assist with servicing loans including payoffs, refinances and payment changes.
