Job summary

Levo Credit Union in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an MSO 1 to provide member information and support via phone, internet, and email. You will evaluate loan applications and ensure excellent service while following credit union policies.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to cross-sell banking products. Prior experience in member services is preferred and on-site branch work is typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related financial industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups.

Responsibilities

• Interview and evaluate member needs, identify appropriate solutions, and cross-sell products.
• Provide information and account service in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner.
• Open/close accounts, process stop payments, issue cards, and answer questions on deposits and loans.
• Ensure complete and accurate loan and account documentation.
• Analyze and evaluate financial status for loan approvals within policy.
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage, home equity, and business loan products for referrals.
• Complete outbound calls and assist other departments as needed.
• Respond to member inquiries and enter them into systems.
• Oversee loan closings and funding activities.
