Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related financial industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and evaluate member needs and cross-sell financial products.
• Provide information and account service in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Open/close accounts, process payments, answer questions on deposits and loans.
• Ensure documentation for loans and new accounts is complete and accurate.
