• Pull credit reports, verify debts, and estimate monthly payments to include in loan applications.
• Calculate debt-to-income ratios and determine collateral needs and payment plans.
• Approve or deny loans within authority limits and refer complex cases for management review.
• Explain denial reasons and explore options; disburse loan documents and review terms.
