You will work with internal teams, utilize MeridianLink, Symitar, Allied Solutions and Alkami, and stay updated on lending regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with loan origination and servicing processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing loan documents.
• Knowledge of consumer lending policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and ensure complete documentation.
• Educate members on auto, personal loans, credit cards, and refinancing.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and offers.
• Review income documents and verify credit reports.
• Handle servicing tasks like payments, payoff requests, and force-placed insurance verifications.
• Ensure compliance with lending laws and internal controls.
• Provide solutions for denied applicants and reapplications.
