Candidates should have a high school diploma, proven customer service or sales experience, strong communication and writing skills, computer literacy, and the ability to adapt to change. Daily contact is with members and staff.

• Act as the primary source of product information and service support via phone and chats.
• Sell and deliver Credit Union investment and convenience products and services.
• Provide accurate, complete, and consistent documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
• Participate in training and team development.
