Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional, friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of banking policies and CTR/SAR procedures is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assess branch needs; provide friendly service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; balance cash drawer.
• Input loan applications and related data accurately for underwriting.
• Recommend suitable products and services as a trusted advisor.
• Open deposit accounts and enroll members for online banking and mobile apps.
• Cross-sell Apple FCU products and services to meet member goals.
• Maintain accurate records in core systems and adhere to policies.
