Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Ashburn is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative to assist members in person, by phone, and by mail.

You will process deposits and withdrawals, answer questions, and promote credit union products while delivering friendly, accurate service in line with The Apple Way.

The role requires at least 12 months in a financial setting, a high school diploma, and strong communication and math skills; training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a financial institution or cash handling.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Strong math ability and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Symitar for teller transactions.
• Familiarity with Synapsys MRM for PSO input and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals and transfers accurately and efficiently.
• Receive loan payments and handle account inputs and posting.
• Provide basic information on accounts and cross-sell products as directed.
• Maintain member records and input activities in Synapsys MRM.
• Adhere to security policies (CTR/SAR) and Apple FCU procedures.
