Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years' experience in lending or branch operations.

• Excellent math skills and strong member service orientation.
• Familiarity with teller loan documents, lending regulations and credit union policies.
• Proficiency in Symitar, Akcelerant and Synapsys MRM.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet members and assist with branch visits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; balance cash.
• Input loan applications and support underwriting with accurate data.
• Cross-sell products and advise on financial solutions.
• Maintain records in systems and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide information on loan products and terms.
