Walmart in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a team member to support Sam’s Club Membership by providing information on benefits, processing memberships and upgrades, and assisting with orders at the sales floor. You will help meet membership goals while maintaining safety standards and providing excellent service to Members.

The role includes handling orders, scanning, packing, and ensuring accuracy of invoices and merchandise while supporting a friendly, efficient shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member information on benefits and assist with purchases and membership upgrades
• Process Member orders, pulls, and invoices accurately
• Assist in maintaining safety and adhering to safety procedures
• Assist in events and promotions to meet membership goals
• Deliver member service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services
