Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an Insurance & Membership Specialist to be the primary member services provider at a branch. You will handle DMV and Notary services, check-in members, and distribute travel materials. Responsibilities include booking car and hotel packages and supporting travel-related reservations.

You will advance member relationships by cross-selling products, maintaining accuracy, and supporting various branch operations as needed. AAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years customer service preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of Auto Club products and services in: travel counseling, publications, maps, and routing.

Responsibilities

• Provide DMV registration services to members and maintain knowledge of DMV regulations.
• Support the Branch at reception with member check in and provide maps, tour books and other travel related materials.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service; meet cross sell goals.
• Notary Public – Process Notary transactions for members and maintain Notary commission.
• Book car, hotel and domestic hotel packages; process memberships and related renewals.
