AAA Auto Club Enterprises in the United States seeks a Member Specialist to support growth, service goals and profitability for Field Sales and Branch Operations. You will assist insureds and members, sell memberships and insurance, and provide service support across departments from a District Office.

You must hold a Property and Casualty license for your state and complete routine documentation, billing changes, and cross-sell activities while delivering legendary, service-driven experiences

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1–3 years sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license, valid in selling state.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; give information on memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and telephone members seeking insurance services; sell memberships and assist in selling insurance.
• Assist members with changes to policies, renewals, and billing information; handle payments and binders as requested.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate effectively with staff; maintain positive relationships with management.
• Provide service support for management, sales and life agents; engage in cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve member and insured related problems using discretion; escalate issues when needed.
