Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years branch member sales, service & operations or related experience preferred.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License valid in selling state required.
• Moderate knowledge of AAA products and services: insurance, travel publications, maps and routing preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry; MS Word & Excel skills preferred.
• Notary public and insurance licensing requirements must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; update member information in POS and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Sell memberships and assist in selling insurance; process policy changes, renewals, and billing information.
• Provide travel materials and assist with passport photos, travel routings, and reservations as needed.
• Order and maintain insurance compliance reports and records.
• Resolve member issues and refer complex cases to the appropriate authority.
• Process payments for memberships, insurance, and travel products; upgrade memberships where applicable.
