Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime and travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics and general computer literacy.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.

Responsabilités

• Provide insurance and membership services support to AAA members.
• Interface with members to meet cross-selling goals while delivering service.
• Take part in training on AAA products and services to build confidence.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop insurance leads for agents and life specialists.
