Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Membership Specialist to join our branch network. You will interface with AAA members, delivering insurance and membership services while receiving comprehensive training.

You will grow through a structured path with pay increases, monthly bonuses, and opportunities to advance. Expect a benefits package including health, retirement plans, and education assistance, with weekday hours and weekend closures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on AAA products and services to interface with members and meet cross-selling goals.
• Advance with skills-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and internal career growth.
• Deliver competitive benefits including paid volunteer time and pension plan.
• Serve members in branch and by phone regarding insurance policies, membership, billing and related services.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be available during branch hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; closed weekends/most holidays.
