Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to interface with members and meet cross-selling goals.
• Offer services for insurance, membership, and billing over the phone or in-branch.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents and life specialists.
• Assist members with passport photos, travel planning, and cashiering duties.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality member service and issue resolution.
• Contribute to a teamwork environment and branch goals.
• Work within branch hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
