Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises, a national AAA affiliate, is seeking a career-minded Member Specialist to join our branch network. You will learn AAA products and services, interface with members, and support insurance and membership needs both in-branch and by phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.
• Deliver service in branch and over the phone, including insurance billing and planning road trips.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Work hours: Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, plus one Saturday per month.
