Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone.
• Assist with routine and advanced duties in support of agents and team members.
• Support cross-selling goals and participate in training on AAA products and services.
