Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must obtain a Notary Public certification within 1 year.
• Hold a valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in the selling state.

• Assist members with insurance services and policy changes.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents.
• Resolve member-related problems using discretion.
• Engage in cross-selling opportunities.
